Jurors arrive knowing nothing about the case and are asked to decide it. That makes them learners, and it makes the advocate a teacher.
This session takes the reframe at the center of thirty-five years of courtroom practice and turns it into working technique: how a room takes in a case, what makes a point land or slide past, and how to teach a jury without ever talking down to it.
It includes the witness work: training attorneys to empower officers, experts, and victims through expert facilitation on the stand, so the jury can truly hear them.
