Kathryn Kellner / Sessions / Your Skill Set on Trial
The flagship program · All fifty states
Law school taught you the law. In the courtroom, your skill set is on trial.
The jury reads the lawyer before it reads the case. That has always been true, in every jurisdiction: a handful of strikes, sixty strangers, and reading the panel was always the real skill. The strike-reform states did not create that reality. They made it urgent.
Your Skill Set on Trial is the whole method in program form: communication treated as a discipline, not a personality trait. Breath, voice, body, and focus as tools an advocate can name, choose, and repeat. Jurors treated as learners, with trial as their classroom. Voir dire is one module inside it.
The modules
Delivered as office training days, annual office programs, and firm engagements. The keynote form, Read the Room, opens conferences and annual meetings: 45 to 60 minutes, ending with three things an attendee can use that week.
